Sky has introduced a new streaming benefit for its customers in the UK. Subscribers with the Sky Ultimate TV package can now access HBO Max for free, saving them the usual monthly fee of £4.99. This service includes popular titles like Game of Thrones, Friends, Dune, Succession, and Young Sheldon, providing significant savings of over £50.

The addition of HBO Max, a well-known streaming platform in the USA, brings a vast library of HBO dramas and Warner Bros. films to Sky customers. The service offers a range of popular series and new Max Originals such as The Pitt.

To start enjoying HBO Max, Sky Ultimate TV subscribers can easily activate the service by launching the HBO Max app from their homepage and following the on-screen instructions. For those not currently on the Sky Ultimate TV plan, they have the option to switch to it starting at £22 per month, which will increase to £24 from April 1st. This package includes over 130 Sky channels, Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, and the upcoming Hayu service.

Sophia Ahmad, Sky’s Chief Consumer Officer, expressed excitement about the integration of Sky, Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, and Hayu into a single subscription, offering a comprehensive entertainment experience. NOW Entertainment customers will also have access to HBO Max at no additional cost within the NOW app.

For non-Sky subscribers interested in HBO Max, they can sign up directly on the HBO Max website, with Standard with Ads plans starting at £5.99 per month.
