While the actor was not arrested, the citation could lead to a misdemeanor charge in California, potentially resulting in a six-month jail term or a $1,000 fine if convicted.
Although there has been no official statement from representatives of the former Hollywood star regarding the allegation, it is known that Daniel Stern has been married to Laure Mattos since 1980, and they have three children together.
Following his success in the “Home Alone” films, Daniel chose to step away from the spotlight and pursue a career as an artist, residing in Ventura and raising livestock. Recently, he disclosed that the owners of the iconic Home Alone House had requested him to create a sculpture depicting a memorable scene from the movie.
