The agency warned of potential damaging wind gusts, large hail, and heavy rainfall as the storm progressed from Claresholm towards areas near Lethbridge and Medicine Hat. The initial warning, issued earlier on Tuesday, highlighted the risk of a dangerous thunderstorm capable of generating baseball-sized hail, which could cause destruction to buildings and trees.
