Steve Pimblett, Rightmove’s Chief Data Officer, remarked, “The selection of homes in the Boxing Day’s most viewed roster is diverse, reflecting the range of potential buyers preparing for a possible move in 2026. The list includes not only exquisite large family homes with premium amenities but also meticulously presented smaller properties suitable for prospective first-time buyers.”
“The top ten comprises residences from England, Scotland, and Wales, encompassing urban hubs with convenient access to major cities and properties located near expansive green spaces offering privacy,” added Pimblett.
