Robert F. Kennedy Jr. expressed surprise at Donald Trump’s longevity, attributing it to his poor eating habits. Kennedy, a controversial figure in US health circles, disclosed Trump’s preference for a diet heavy in McDonald’s, candy, and Diet Coke, remarking on the president’s seemingly robust health despite his junk food intake while traveling.
According to Kennedy, Trump opts for food from large corporations while on the move to avoid falling ill, giving the impression to onlookers that he indulges in harmful substances continuously. However, Kennedy clarified that Trump consumes nutritious meals at the White House and his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida.
Kennedy shared these observations on The Katie Miller Podcast, hosted by Stephen Miller’s wife, a former Trump administration aide. He commended Trump’s exceptional health, citing Dr. Mehmet Oz’s assessment of the president’s notably high testosterone levels for his age group. Mehmet Oz, a renowned celebrity doctor, was appointed by Trump to lead the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
Trump’s penchant for fast food during his travels has been widely documented. Reports from Republican National Committee chair Joe Gruters detailed Trump’s substantial fast-food consumption while on the 2024 campaign trail, highlighting his affinity for McDonald’s offerings.
Speculations about Trump’s health have prompted reassurances from both him and his administration. Trump recently disclosed that he exceeds the recommended aspirin dosage, attributing any resulting bruises to this practice. Despite ongoing health rumors, Trump maintains that he enjoys excellent health, asserting that he feels as vigorous as he did four decades ago.
In response to claims of his declining health, Trump took a cognitive examination and asserted his sharpness and physical well-being. He criticized media outlets, particularly The New York Times, for allegedly spreading falsehoods about his health and work ethic, deeming such reports as seditious and possibly treasonous.
