Luke Littler expressed frustration over an incident of inappropriate fan behavior in Prague before the Czech Open. The 18-year-old darts player, currently in Prague for a tournament with a £30,000 prize pool, encountered a group of fans eager to meet him outside his hotel. While accommodating some fans for pictures, Littler was upset when one fan physically grabbed him without permission.
Taking to social media, Littler shared his disappointment, emphasizing the importance of asking before touching someone. He also addressed a fan who criticized his reaction to the incident, highlighting that physical contact without consent is unacceptable behavior.
This incident adds to a series of challenges Littler has faced, including receiving negative reactions from fans at previous events. Despite past experiences in Germany, where he was booed by the audience, Littler is scheduled to participate in the upcoming German Darts Championship in Heidenheim, featuring a prize fund of £175,000 alongside notable players like Luke Humphries, Michael van Gerwen, and Stephen Bunting. The championship is set to commence on October 17 and last for three days.
