“Mystery Surrounds Disturbing 911 Call in Double Homicide Case”

Just a few months prior to the tragic deaths of Monique Tepe and Spencer Tepe in their own residence, an unidentified woman placed a perplexing call to emergency services.

On December 30, the bodies of Monique, aged 39, and Spencer, aged 37, were found, indicating a potential double homicide. Spencer had sustained multiple gunshot wounds, while Monique was shot at least once in the chest, as per police reports.

Concern arose when Spencer, a dentist, failed to show up for work, which was deemed unusual behavior. Colleagues visited the Tepe family home after hearing children crying, prompting a welfare check.

The couple’s children, unharmed physically but distressed, were discovered. Meanwhile, an enigmatic phone call has added to the mystery surrounding the case.

Months earlier, around 2:45 am on April 15, a 911 call was made from the Tepe residence in Weiland Park, Columbus, Ohio. A woman reported a “domestic dispute” before abruptly ending the call, claiming she was fine when contacted back by the operator.

In the call, the woman, clearly distressed, reassured the operator that she was emotionally upset but okay. When asked about the reason for dialing 911, she disclosed a disagreement with her partner, stating it did not turn physical.

Monique’s brother-in-law, Rob Misleh, expressed doubts about the call, stating it did not match Monique’s voice or anyone familiar. A dispatcher categorized the call as a “domestic dispute” with no further assistance required.

Investigations have ruled out murder-suicide and found no signs of forced entry or weapons at the scene. Authorities released a video of a potential suspect near the property, dressed in light pants and a dark, hooded coat.

Rob Misleh mentioned that Monique and Spencer, married in 2021, were close to their fifth anniversary, describing them as loving individuals. A murder inquiry has commenced, awaiting coroner’s reports for further details.
