Today marks the beginning of Black Friday, November 28, signaling the start of an opportunity to seize tech deals. Several UK retailers, such as Argos and Currys, have been offering discounts on TVs, tablets, and smartphones throughout the month. Apple has now joined the discount trend by launching its exclusive event.
Unlike most other stores, Apple’s approach is unique. While you won’t find direct discounts on iPhones, iPads, or MacBooks, the California-based company is providing free Apple gift cards valued at up to £200 with selected purchases.
For instance, when you buy an iPhone 16 from Apple’s store, you will receive a £60 gift card to use for accessories like cases or cables. Similarly, purchasing an iPad Air will earn you an £80 gift card, almost covering the cost of a pair of AirPods. And if a MacBook Pro is on your shopping list, you can snag a £200 gift card.
All these promotions are available until December, with Apple confirming, “From now until 1 December, get an Apple Gift Card up to £200 when you buy an eligible product.”
