According to NHS guidance, an Achilles rupture can cause sudden pain in the heel or calf, often accompanied by a snapping or popping sound. Patients typically describe the sensation as if they have been hit or shot in the back of the leg, making walking challenging. Recovery from such an injury can take 12 months or longer.
The injury is likely to be a setback for Lochan, especially after a promising start to 2026. Recently, he introduced his new relationship with Brianna Balram, a participant from Too Hot To Handle, following a celebratory trip to Paris for her 28th birthday.
