VOXI, Tesco Mobile, Lebara, and giffgaff stood out, clinching titles such as Mobile Network of the Year, Best Mobile Network for Customer Service, and Best Mobile Network for Roaming. In the realm of broadband, EE surprisingly secured the top spot as the National Broadband Provider of the Year.
Additional broadband winners included YouFibre, Plusnet, Vodafone, and Virgin Media. Uswitch’s telecoms expert, Ernest Doku, highlighted the importance of value over price in 2026, emphasizing consumer preference for networks offering maximum benefits.
