Engaged in park maintenance activities like garbage collection, fire pit cleaning, and tidying up after campers, Dupuis recounted his optimistic mood as the day concluded. Upon returning to his Winnebago, eager to grill a steak for dinner, he was taken aback to find the meat missing, with only brown butcher paper left behind.
Initially puzzled by the absence of his meal, he contemplated various scenarios, including the presence of a nearby black bear.
