“Wizz Air Launches WIZZ Class for Enhanced Flying Experience”

Wizz Air has introduced a new service called WIZZ Class, aiming to provide passengers with a premium experience at an affordable cost. This option is now open for booking on specific European routes, offering travelers the opportunity to have an unoccupied middle seat beside them during the flight. Passengers seated in the front row can opt for WIZZ Class, ensuring that either seat 1B or 1E remains vacant. This arrangement allows passengers to enjoy more space without the concern of sitting next to a stranger.

To access WIZZ Class, passengers can include it in Smart and Plus bundles when making online reservations. In addition to the usual bundle benefits, passengers will receive a 10kg carry-on bag, priority boarding, a non-alcoholic beverage, and a snack. This upgrade is applicable for selected flights to and from Budapest, Bucharest Otopeni, Warsaw, London Luton, London Gatwick, and Rome Fiumicino with Wizz Air.

The exact cost of this service is not yet clear, and inquiries have been made to Wizz Air for clarification. Silvia Mosquera, Wizz Air’s commercial officer, emphasized the airline’s response to the growing demand for enhanced travel experiences without the high costs associated with traditional business class tickets. The airline aims to cater to passengers seeking additional space and efficient service without compromising its straightforward and convenient approach.

Furthermore, Wizz Air has reintroduced its All You Can Fly initiative, allowing frequent flyers to travel across the network for a yearly fee, with a small booking fee per flight. The annual cost for All You Can Fly is €499.99 (approximately £432), with a booking fee of €9.99 (around £8.65) per flight segment. This scheme offers flights three days in advance, making it ideal for spontaneous travelers with flexible schedules.

Moreover, Wizz Air offers the Wizz Multipass starting at £59.99 per month, providing subscribers with monthly travel options on selected flights. Despite being currently sold out due to limited availability, subscribers can choose to include luggage in their plan. In addition, the airline has introduced six new routes from London Luton Airport, expanding its network with direct flights to various destinations. Notably, the new route to Yerevan marks the UK’s first direct connection to Armenia, offering British tourists easier access to the country.
